TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL
➣ You retain the rights to use the provided audio as you please.➣ You are not allowed to credit my work as your own. Furthermore, when ordering, please ask if you'd rather my work be anonymous or credited. (this may vary the price)➣ I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason and refuse to specify why. I reserve the right to cancel a commission and provide a full refund.➣ I reserve the right to post the commission and use it as an example for other potential clients, unless asked not to. You will be asked if it will be okay to post and use beforehand.➣ Requests that involve copyrighted work (specific samples, melodies, etc.) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.➣ I reserve the right to alter our rates and terms at any moment, and will announce so publicly. If your commission has been accepted before alterations, you will be charged by our prices prior to alteration.PROCCESS & PAYMENT
➣ Payment is through Paypal invoices only!➣ When commissioning, please give me as many details as possible of what it is you want, and provide references if possible. Any references are better than none. (Could be other songs, or even artwork you own to try and convey an emotion or a certain style in a track, etc.)➣ Prices may differ greatly depending on the complexity of what you request. For example, a simple co-produced track may be 150 usd, but a ghost produced song thats long and complex may ghost 250 or 300 usd. It all depends on what you want.➣ I will give you an estimate of how long it might take before we provide the finished commission work. If you have a deadline you need us to meet, please discuss it BEFORE payment to see if it is possible.➣ Work in progress updates will be given regularly, usually when drafting, halfway done, and near finished, or when asked. When in drafting, any major changes come at no extra cost. However, once out of the drafting phase, all major changes will be charged based on difficulty and complexity.➣ Every WIP update will be sent through a low bitrate audio file with audio tags in the audio throughout. When the commission is finished, you will receive a tagless, wav file. I can also render in high quality mp3 and flac if requested.➣ There are no refunds after the drafting phase.Posting & Copyright
➣ You are not allowed to resell or redistribute your commissioned work for the use of others.➣ You are free to use the commissioned work on every streaming/video platform you please.➣ You are free to alter the commissioned work for any effect (bass boosting, distorting, speeding up, slowing down, reversing etc) as long as you do not claim to have composed the original audio.➣ While you may claim ownership of the commissioned work, you are not allowed to take credit for it.➣ If you wish to distribute the commissioned work for copyright protection on Youtube, let me know. This can have an effect on my own upload of the commissioned work (if applicable).➣ If you provide me with samples and/or melodies you want in the commissioned work, it is your responsibility to make sure these are copyright-free. If you claim these to be copyright-free and they're not, you may be blacklisted from further commissions.➣ You may not mint or sell any of our work as NFT or use for AI no matter if you are the commissioner or not
